Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or seasonal demand.

Local Pickup 
Local pickup may be available at our Duluth, Minnesota location. You will be notified when your order is ready.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Blossom and Cedar is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Blossom and Cedar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at blossomandcedar@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
