Return Window
Items may be returned within 10 days of purchase.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Proof of purchase is required
Return Method
All approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Store credit does not expire.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Jewelry
- Intimates
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of purchase or delivery so we can make it right.
